- If you could contact the office and then return the item within 14 days from the date you have received the item for an exchange or refund.
- The item(s) must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition,
- Buyer is responsible for all return carriage costs
- Please enclose a note with our order number, your full name, address, mobile phone number, email address.
- Britstainless will not accept returns if the item(s) have been used or are damaged.
- If Britstainless receive a returned item(s) that has clearly been used, it will be returned to sender and an invoice raised against shipping costs.
- Please note that all carriage costs are non-refundable.
- Please insure the package with the delivery company and obtain a “proof of purchase” and proof of delivery
Please note:- Britstainless will not be held responsible for any losses by the delivery company.
Britstainless reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee is equal to 15% of the value of the returned goods.
